When you sign up for your low or medium-risk processing package, you will be introduced to your personal account manager, who will assist you consistently throughout your relationship with BeCash. All merchants will also be provided with a general merchant support line, which can be used at any time, in cases of emergency or urgently required information.

Your account manager will be available to assist you from the day you sign-up with BeCash, and will walk you through every step of the way, including integration, backend navigation, payment enquiries, transaction disputes and more.
